Return eligibility and window
Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. For health and safety, ingestible supplements are eligible for preference-based return only when unopened, unused, in the original packaging, and protected by the original intact tamper-evident seal. Products that are opened, used, altered, or missing the seal are not eligible for a preference return.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect goods
Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, appears defective, or differs from what you ordered. Keep the item, packaging, lot information, and clear photographs. After review, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy and cover required return shipping when the issue is our error.
Request and authorization
Email info@flow7749.com with the order reference, item, reason, and supporting photographs when relevant. Do not mail a return until we provide authorization and the return destination. Unauthorized returns can delay processing.
Return and original shipping
For a preference-based return, the customer pays return shipping and is responsible for secure packaging and trackable delivery. Original shipping is not refundable for preference returns. Flow 7749 pays necessary return shipping and refunds applicable original shipping when goods are damaged, defective, incorrect, or when required by law.
Inspection and refund timing
We inspect an authorized return after receipt. If approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Banks and card issuers commonly require an additional 5–10 business days to display the credit. We will explain any eligibility issue identified during inspection.
Order cancellations
Send a cancellation request as soon as possible. The request timestamp controls. We accept cancellation while the order remains unshipped and before the Shippo shipping label is purchased. After label purchase, the applicable return rules apply. A delayed order remains subject to the cancellation and prompt-refund rights described in our Shipping Policy and applicable law.
Applicable law
This policy does not limit non-waivable rights or remedies. We may provide a different or additional remedy when applicable law requires it.
